Education: Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation (Diploma with honors in Economics, Finance & Credit). ACCA Member. Russian Audit License.
In 2004 Polina joined the company as an Audit Assistant and through years built a career within the company, taking the position of Manager of the Audit Department in 2007 and Senior Manager in 2010. In 2011 she became a Partner and Head of Audit Department. In 2022 Polina heads the Marillion group of companies as a Managing Partner.
Polina has sound experience in IFRS audit of Russian and international groups of companies. She specializes in working with clients of energy sector, luxury, IT as well as food and manufacturing sectors.
More than 18 years of experience in audit.

- Statutory audit;
- IFRS and US GAAP audit;
- Transformation and consolidation of financial statements;
- First-time adoption of IFRS;
- Advising on the aspects of accounting and taxation.
